Product Marketing Manager Jobs

A marketing job entails growing revenue and generating leads through effective sales support, product enhancements, pricing, promotional activity etc. A product marketing specialist works with the sales, marketing and product teams to increase brand awareness and product sales.

A product marketing specialist is an expert on product information and is responsible for working with channel marketers to execute marketing campaigns across direct and indirect channels. Other important duties include launching new products and enhancements, maintaining expert market knowledge, working with sales team to develop specific product presentation tools, participating in weekly and monthly marketing meetings, driving new revenue and new partnerships, executing expansion of the client base, updating product plans for existing products and managing the creation of sales materials.

The minimum qualification required for a marketing job is a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Previous product marketing experience is preferred. Other prerequisites of the job are good communication, computer and project management skills.
