Best Buy is seeking an experienced Product Manager knowledgeable in agile software development practices and B2B eCommerce/eProcurement to work on key Business-to-Business (B2B) products within the Best Buy Business (BBYB) team.

This role will work with the BBYB business and technology teams to build out B2B Client Implementations and Integrations. This role is central to ensuring our client-facing B2B experiences are world-class.

Role Summary:

The Product Manager is responsible for delivering value by meeting user (customer/employee) needs, driving positive business results, and supporting enterprise strategies. This role requires significant relevant experience managing stakeholders, business outcomes, and leading cross-functional teams in order to effectively manage products with a moderate scope and complexity. The Product Manager will define product vision, roadmap, and define quarterly objectives and key results in partnership with the product team, their product leaders and key stakeholders. They are responsible for sprint/backlog management and must understand and utilize key customer and business metrics to inform their priorities. The Product Manager is also responsible for ensuring there are continuous feedback loops with their users (customers/employees) and supporting discovery practices that effectively inform their priorities and how they advance against the product team vision. The Product Manager is responsible for product prioritization and must understand and utilize key customer and business metrics to inform their priorities. This role works with Engineering teams, User Experience Teams, and numerous stakeholders throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Product Manager will craft vision for moderately complex products with minimal supervision that clearly demonstrate understanding of the product goals and organizational needs. Managers of Product Management will demonstrate skills in connecting Best Buy's broader strategic vision to their own product and product vision

• Product Managers will show proficiency in translating business needs into customer goals and features as well as mastery in ensuring product strategies, roadmaps, and product features are delivered against core customer value propositions that align with Best Buy's strategic vision.

• Product Managers keep customer needs at the forefront of solution creation. The Managers of Product Management will demonstrate empathy for the customer and will steer discussions to how to build customer trust.

• Product Managers demonstrate innovating with purpose; demonstrating the test/learn/iterate mindset.

• The Product Manager will master skills to analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes to both answer questions as well as apply to crafting theories for mainly concrete business problems.

• The Product Manager is an evolving leader and shows leadership by promoting a culture where team members feel comfortable to dissent and have a sense of belonging. They show willingness in co-moderating difficult conversations with stakeholders and ensure that people leave meetings feeling heard and understood. They identify when discussions are not inclusive of multiple points of view and actively solicit additional perspectives with guidance. They encourage and advance Best Buy's culture of diversity and inclusion, build and lead a team, and are a formal and visible leader, demonstrating a cross-team leadership mindset, BBY values and Way We Lead behaviors. They may or may not manage and develop individual direct reports, but they have leadership responsibilities with the product team (s) with which they work.

Role Aspects:

• The Product Manager will lead a product team owning medium to large complex products with guidance

Minimum Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• 2 yrs. relevant Product Management Experience (Dev, UX, Strategy, etc.)

• 1 indirect team management / leadership / work direction

• 1 yrs. relevant experience in strategy creation, customer focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.

Preferred Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.

• 2 years B2B eCommerce/eProcurement experience

• 4 years directly related experience

• 1 years of people management experience.
