Roles and Responsibilities You will own the conception and delivery of analytics and reporting products for the WW Ops HR organization. Your products will draw actionable insights from data, putting them in front of decision makers at the right time. You will develop expertise in the business processes and use this knowledge to invent on behalf of your customers. You will partner with global business leaders, HR, training and technology teams to prioritize and deliver the right products under tight timelines. You will influence Operations and HR leadership to understand, focus on, and proactively resolve the biggest business challenges. You will develop professional relationships with business leaders around the globe, across business functions to constantly evaluate, improve and evolve your products.
Basic Qualifications Basic Qualifications · Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, technology, analytics or business with relevant work experience. · 3-5 years of experience with program/product management, product design, and end-to-end ownership and successful delivery of software driven analytical projects · Proven ability to influence without authority in a cross-functional environment · Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment · Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users, and measuring customer delight.
Preferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications · MBA or Master's Degree in related fields, preferably analytics · Knowledge of Agile development practices
