Title: Offering Manager
Location: This position will be located in the USA with Cambridge, MA preferred. Hartland, WI also possible.
As part of the newly formed Watson Health Imaging division the Offering Manager will be joining a highly entrepreneurial team where we are shaping the future of healthcare for the industry and for IBM. We are seeking an individual who will join the imaging team and work directly with cross-functional teams within IBM and IBM Watson Health to accelerate the creation and integration of new product offerings into the growing Watson Health and Offering Management ecosystem.

As part of the IBM Offering Management discipline within Watson Health you will:
own responsibility for building out cognitive offerings
join the Watson Health Imaging Offering Team to define and develop an integrated with other imaging offerings
coordinate messaging pricing and driving sales
Successful candidates in this role will possess the following:
experience in the healthcare space and working cross-functionally to deliver products to market
understand the market and the users and the benefits being delivered in the offering
understand the relationship between the value, pricing, and costs
proven ability and credibly interact with healthcare leaders and build relationships across IBM and globally with healthcare organizations, industry partners and governmental agencies
curiosity, drive, humility and professionalism
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 5 years experience working with medical imaging and/or healthcare IT
At least 5 years product management preferably in health imaging
At least 5 years experience working within a team and cross functionally to develop product offerings
At least 5 years experience helping enable/drive sales through product offerings
At least 5 years of experience working with healthcare providers and industry partners
Strong presentation skills
Solid business acumen
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
At least 10 years experience working with medical imaging and/or healthcare IT
At least 10 years product management experience, preferably in health imaging
At least 8 years of cross-functional leadership experience delivering a healthcare products / offerings
At least 8 years experience helping enable/drive sales through product offerings
At least 8 years of experience interacting with healthcare providers and industry partners
Experience with end-to-end responsibility for a product line and/or business
Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the c-suite level
