This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Customer Experience team that’s using guest insights to evolve our industry-leading channels and deliver personalized experiences. As a Product Manager (Mobile App), you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. Reporting to the Senior Director of Mobile Product Management, you will support innovative projects that will focus on usability, ensuring that the mobile app is easy to access and intuitive to use and/or creating a simple and personal shopping mobile app experience for any stay occasion.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the key job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Drive the digital roadmap, especially as it relates to the mobile app platform

Define and present new product concepts to both technical and non-technical partners

Write outstanding business requirements and ensure technical teams are in lockstep with them

Pinpoint customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and Team Members) to help define and prioritize product features that drive the most impact

Revel in the data! Define the product's key success metrics, analyze/present metrics/data post-launch, and quickly act on trends that arise from those metrics

How you will collaborate with others:

Build trusted and highly effective working relationships across Hilton, including working closely with engineering, design, data science and analytics, brands, property, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teams

What projects you will take ownership of:

Identify new opportunities that will improve usability ensuring that the app is easy to access and intuitive to use. The team will pursue work such as simplifying the log-in/authentication process and reimagining mobile app elements and/or improving the booking experience for guests visiting our web and mobile app channels

Define and prioritize customer experience features working closely with UX, Technology, Marketing, and Analytics.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Five (5) years of work experience in product, customer experience, technology, or related field

Self-motivated with strong product management experience

Travel up to 15-25% as needed

It would be useful if you have:

Bachelor’s Degree in related fields

Ten (10) years of Product-related experience

Three (3) years of agile product management experience in the Mobile space

Experience in the hospitality, travel, or transportation industry
