Assist the Senior Product Manager in the management and delegated ownership of the Product Creation Process for the CrossFit category in Apparel. Support the Product Manager in providing analysis, data and information to drive the categories in commercialization.
*Technical Communication *Prepare, update, and maintain reports, forms, and/or templates for product lines and other types of information *Use appropriate Reebok forms and templates, such as briefs and tech packs, to capture, convey, and communicate design and product information to others throughout the design cycle *Assist and/or provide content for seasonal catalogues *Assist and/or gather and distribute information, such as requests for samples or seeding samples *Maintain archives, such as product samples, merchandising showrooms, color palettes, or other types of information *Effectively and efficiently navigate and use Reebok software tools and systems *Manage Business (Processes and Projects) *Communicate updates, status quo of relevant projects, and business results to relevant team / project members, business partners, and others in a timely and appropriate manner
*Assist / create product presentations for team, executives, GMM, and key milestone meetings *Manage specific Apparel ranges / models throughout the creation process, including line plans, briefings, product confirmations, and market adoption *Have cursory knowledge and understanding of strategy and business objectives *Manage / execute the product line, product, and/or category life cycles from conception through sales and distribution

*Use relevant and appropriate resources to accurately determine, anticipate, and validate current and future trends, competition, retail landscape, and cultural drivers *Make accurate assessments and projections of competitors' strengths and weaknesses in the global market relative to the Reebok brand, products, and product lines including market presence, tactics, merchandising, and trends *Maintain current information of Reebok and industry factors that can affect products, such as material, technology, and consumer feedback and insight *Accurately assess the impact consumers have on the market *Gather and apply market research and / or consumer feedback to accurately anticipate and fulfill consumer needs, and identify consumers and trends

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):
*2+ years' experience in product management, sales, merchandising, development, or marketing. *Knowledge of athletic footwear and footwear marketplace. *Computer skills, ability to process and understand data and numbers. *Ability to work within a cross functional team environment. *Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. *Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time. *Ability to take direction and work independently and in team environment. *Data entry experience *Analytical ability *Ability to travel Internationality. *Sense of urgency. *Adaptable and willing to learn.
