As a Product Managersupporting our elementary math curricula, including Everyday Mathematics and MyMath, you will help lead the product development efforts for one of themost respected and successful product lines in K-12 education. Your knowledge of educational technology,product development, and classroom teaching will combine with marketing inputsto define product and service solutions that are effective, engaging,efficient, and easy to use. You must be energized through meaningfulcollaboration with cross-functional teams, including content experts, projectmanagers, business managers, and product marketing managers. You champion thevoice of the customer and provide leadership to a large project team tomaintain a consistent product vision. Your contribution to the team includes: Conceptualize and createwinning solutions that align tightly with market requirements; facilitate thiswork by translating research-based market needs into compelling productvisions, testing concepts and experiences with customers, and making smartmodifications and tradeoffs Serve as the primarydecision maker for how the product is defined, holding teams accountable toproduct and market requirements. Solve problems andremove barriers to ensure product is correctly aligned to market needs, meetsmarket deadlines, and doesn\u2019t exceed the approved budget. Work with platform expertsto define required technology specifications and determine how proposedproducts\/services can integrate with existing McGraw-Hill Education platformsin order to solve customer problems.
