The Technical Product Manager is responsible for supporting sales activity in the region for the promotion and the sales of POS Products. This role requires a comprehensive background including, knowledge on local payment schemes, PSPs and retail markets and product introduction road-mapping. Key deliverables for this role will be to build local product introduction road-maps, localize the products offer, coordinate local certification, and train/support the sales force.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
Main interface with central marketing group to get a full understanding of Ingenico offer and to feed -back them with market requirements including: reporting, leads, competition, market & sales analysis.
Localize the products offer to make sure it fits with local market requirements and
Ingenico overall strategy (Certification, regulations, pricing structure, product end of life, …)
Ensure training and support of local sales forces for the Ingenico POS Product offer
Ensure software development team and maintenance teams keep properly trained
Work with sales forces and Group Marketing to build local product introduction road-maps, including :
Product localization (SW & product customization, marketing and sales materials, demos)
Local certifications (security, telecoms), pilots and customers’ acceptance tests
Sales and communication action plan
Coordinate & support local RFI, RFQ
Coordinate local products pricing policy (evaluate profitability, revenues, margins)
Coordinate with customers & central marketing, products evolutions & end of life process.

Required Education/Experience Requirements:
Experience in marketing and promoting products in B2B.
Experience in the payment ecosystem from the retailer up the acquirer in the regions and beyond
Android development and architecture experience
