Position: ProductManager Sr

Location: Remote in Any Anthem state

Responsible for the development, management, and expansion of the

Anthem Health Guide concierge customer service model.

Primary duties to include,but are not limited to:

Evaluates competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.

Develops and implements short and long term profitability strategies.

Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development.

Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.

Serves as a product expert and a relationship manager to the key stakeholders

Identifies business requirements and system improvements needed to support product development efforts.

Tracks, monitors, and reports key product performance metrics

Manages client pipeline and early notification process.

Qualifications:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 4-6 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

MBA preferred. Health or managed care experience preferred.

Customer service experience preferred.

Product experience/product management developing healthcare management solutions for large group or national account employer benefits
