We are actively seeking a product manager with a focus on data to be part of the Global Business Operations team. As a member of this growing Product team at Xaxis, you will report to the Director of Product Management. You will collaborate with internal teams located all around the world to understand business needs, define success metrics, construct product data requirements and define the go-to-market strategies for existing products. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Product Manager \u2013 Data, who is ready to be challenged and to help us define our product team\u2019s data strategy! Our Product Manager \u2013 Data will be tasked with owning aspects of Radia, our campaign reconciliation product, while analyzing data from Salesforce, our core CRM product. The Product Manager \u2013 Data will also have an opportunity to build innovative data visualization dashboards for global regions such as APAC, EMEA, and LATAM, to continue and grow the data-driven strategies on the Global Business Operations Team. Responsibilities Identify opportunities and define the product strategy for one of our campaign reconciliation products, Radia Collaborate with engineering and the Salesforce Product Manager to determine best technical implementation methods for Radia and set reasonable timelines when needed Drive data standardization across other core internal products outside of Radia such as Salesforce and Manage Understand data needs in Xaxis and gather product data requirements Collaborate with other product owners and senior executives to help define Global Business Operations data roadmap across all products. Work closely with our engineers and other product manager to lead the creation of visually appealing dashboards in Salesforce Einstein Gather and analyze pre\/post metrics on product releases to identify the true user impact and gauge success. Based off those findings, offer any recommendations you see fit. Share product data findings with the larger teams along with recommendations on how to improve our product offerings to provide the user with the best experience.\u00a0 Requirements 2-3 years of relevant experience with Product Management and\/or Data Intermediate data, analytics, and problem-solving skills Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Self-starter with a team player attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
