Sr. Manager/Director of Product Management, OEM Platforms

We are looking for a Sr. Manager/Director of Product Management to join and be part of our dynamic and growing team. You will own product and go-to-market strategy to unlock the potential of Nutanix software on a wide range of OEM, public cloud and service provider platforms to provide a foundation for hybrid multi-cloud enabling our customers to have the freedom of choice of where they want to run their workloads without compromising on service levels, total cost of ownership, and operational simplicity. 

Responsibilities

Define direction for platform portfolio across on-premise, public cloud and service providers 

Identify target market segments, applications, and use-cases for Nutanix software stack

Drive outside-in research across customer needs, field inputs, technology partners and competitive dynamics to build a clear roadmap and strategy

Produce actionable product requirement documents (PRDs) for Nutanix Ready and OEM platform portfolio 

Grow partner ecosystem with self-sustaining certification tools, incentives, and processes

Streamline the end-to-end joint quote-to-cash sales process, collateral, tooling, and integration with the OEM partners

Work closely with engineering and broader cross-functional teams to bring new products and features to market.

Partner with sales, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to help drive key strategies to achieve product growth.

Communicate and collaborate 360 degrees to influence and build alignment on roadmap and execution plan across executives, engineering, and cross-functional partners.

Track and manage KPIs for the business. Drive quarterly business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders

Direct a team of high-energy product managers with a high level of engagement and employee NPS.

Qualifications

Bachelors' degree, MBA and technical disciplines preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

7 years of product management experience in enterprise infrastructure software or hardware

Technical experience with x86 server, components, storage appliances 

Business development experience in driving scale and synergy with OEM partner ecosystem 

Extensive experience in enabling field in pre-sales engagements

Demonstrated ability to innovate, build and launching excellent new industry leading products

Leadership DNA with proven ability to inspire and lead a team

Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions

Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

High energy and excellent teamwork skills
