About the job
This position
measures the Twilio customer journey and helps provide a personalized experience through Twilio’s ecosystem of products. Building upon Segment, the Twilio Customer Data Platform (CDP), Developer Analytics Platform builds on the industry leading CDP for collecting, unifying, and connecting customer data across Twilio. This role will be responsible for building products and capabilities (e.g., for personalization, segmentation, data privacy management) that allow teams to easily integrate and help them use customer data to build amazing experiences.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Set the vision, roadmap, and direction for the Developer Analytics Platform
Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects
Gather requirements, determine features and their priority, write product specs, refine feedback, manage the backlog, and ship quickly
Educate teams and promote company-wide adoption of Developer Analytics Platform

Required:
To comply with Executive Order 14042, all Twilio employees working in the U.S. are required to submit proof of vaccination for COVID-19 unless they qualify for a medical or religious accommodation / exemption. Employees onboarded after January 4, 2022 must submit proof of vaccination or receive approval for an exemption prior to their Twilio start date.
Ability to set a strategic vision for Twilio’s Developer Analytics Platform aligned with the company’s long term goals, and deliver on it.
Experience with Segment or other CDP.
Experience with ML and predictive model development.
Ability to understand customer problems, gather requirements from many - often competing - sources, prioritize, and work with engineering and design to deliver.
Ability to leverage data to understand customer behavior at scale and interpret metrics about your products.
Comfortable with ambiguity. We’re transforming how products are built at Twilio and the answers aren’t always obvious. You are a self-starter with a structured approach to breaking down ambiguous problems and can describe how you iterate toward a clear product definition.
Experience building software products, especially APIs, SDKs or SaaS products
Desired:
Experience working as a Product Manager or in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience

office or Remote within USA.

Colorado applicants:
The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is
$96,096.00 - $151,008.00
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
