As we move into a a “cookieless” future, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager
knowledgeable in agile software development practices to be responsible for activating our 1st Party Data and Audiences in media campaigns that happen outside of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Domains, in OTT and Social platforms. You will be an integral part of our media team, defining the technology that will enable the delivery of personalized and relevant digital media campaigns, measure performance of those campaigns while preserving customer privacy. New technology, partnerships, and workflow are critical components to this work and to enable relevant messages to customers.

Key responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager will craft vision to enabling the identity and data strategy across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s advertising products, including define product vision, author/approve quarterly objectives, competitive analysis and vendor evaluations.
Lead day to day product team activities, driving high quality customer experiences and exploring what is possible with evolving digital products, devices and tools
Effectively translate media strategies into product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications that deliver against our core client value propositions and our company strategic, OKRs and financial goals
Manage the creation and maintenance of user stories and business requirements for new features and enhancements leveraging multiple work streams.
Work within a matrix organization collaborating with media and agency stakeholders, user experience (UX) teams, project managers, and other relevant eCommerce and business teams
Consult as subject matter expert (SME) with business stakeholders
Partner with legal and privacy teams to ensure new technology and personalization strategies are aligned with Federal and State compliance laws and follow best practices published by consumer advocacy organizations.
Define data requirements to build, monitor and ensure audience and segments are available for use across digital media channels. Example of technologies include DMP, identification, attribution, onboarding, media.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
2 or more years of relevant Product Management experience (Dev, Strategy, UX, etc...)
1 or more years team management / leadership
1 or more years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
Deep understanding of privacy compliant online and offline data collection for advertising, data onboarding, and data models.
3 or more years of progressive media or marketing or related experience (including advanced education)
Strong knowledge of the digital media industry, trends, and tactics (e.g., tags/cookies, digital media ad-serving platforms, mobile, search, affiliates, email)
Preferred Qualifications:
Conversant in personalized media business strategy, technology and user experience
Product management or operational management of data management platform or other elements of 1st party digital media value chain
Experience in implementing retargeting software capabilities for publisher and/or advertiser
Knowledge of analytical tools for web, advertising, media attribution and/or direct marketing including segmentation and modeling, back-end response analysis, quantitative and research
Retail and national brand experience
