PRODUCT MANAGEMENTANALYST

 

OVERVIEW:

Jcrew Group is looking for a motivated Product Manager to support and improve our customer's digital end to end journey.  You'll be working on everything from deeply understanding user pain points to delivering exciting new site features that bring value to the customer and organization. You will partner cross functionally, analyze data, identify opportunities, and execute on ideas taking concepts to fruition.  

 

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:

*

Assess product opportunities and influence prioritization of features and requirements in the backlog  *

Write, define, and present product requirements. Work with development teams on implementation and iteration, owning user acceptance criteria in order to ensure features are successfully built and solve the problem  *

Create metrics to track performance and report objectively on learnings/results  *

Identify great product opportunities and make recommendations about what the team should (or shouldn't) prioritize, with strong quantitative and qualitative reasoning 

Contribute to A/B Testing strategies given knowledge of the roadmap ahead and insights we are trying to understand  *

Partner with UX, Merchandising, Insights, Customer Service, Brand Creative, Operations, and Technology teams to gather input and deliver actionable solutions  *

Work closely with marketing teams on how to support go-to-market plans for new products and brand moments  *

Work on troubleshooting site functionality with the development team  *

Own relationships with our third-party partners, the roadmap going forward and how to maximize on the service or tool 

Areas of responsibilities could include product discovery, transactions, and mobile app. 

MUST HAVE:

*

Bachelor's Degree or higher  *

Passion for the retail industry and our brand 

An ability to stay organized and juggle multiple priorities  *

Drive to be a budding leader and the motivation to make a change in an organization  *

Strong problem-solving capabilities: you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters   *

Great analytical skills and stellar communication skills   *

An ability to translate product needs to technology and understand technical concepts 

Qualities of a team player with an ability to collaborate and build relations at all levels 

NICE TO HAVE:

*

3+ years product related experience  *

Strong record of delivering cross-functional projects with success  

Experience in developing a mobile app  *

Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers and data  *

Prior experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud  *

Understanding of how to work in an agile environment
