Description:\r\rDescription\\:\rThe Marketing Product Manager will manage brand forecasting, day to day inventory tracking, reporting, inputting and coordinating supply and demand needs with Industrial Operations. This individual will work with the Brand Marketing Manager and Market Research to support market and product scenarios and business case in the short, medium and long term including all parameters for marketing and financial evaluation.\r\rDuties & Responsibilities\\:\r\r\r\rDefine and develop a market research plan in order to cover all the needs in term of knowledge to prepare brand & customer plans and forecasting scenario.\r\rPrepares and inputs accurate monthly forecasts of the products.\rWorks with the sales team to define individual customer support (especially key accounts) and product pricing to achieve sales objectives.\r\rManage forecasting model in conjunction with supply chain. The forecasting model should take in consideration assumption on market scenario, customer attitude, product features and company investments versus competitors.\r\r\rWorks in close collaboration with field force to constantly provide insights on market and customer, using external or internal information to stimulate improvements and new opportunities\r\r\rCoordinate the allocation and communication of short dated product with internal and external stakeholders.\r\r\r\r\rRequirements\\:\r\rBachelors’ Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, with a minimum of seven (7) years progressive experience.\rDemonstrated understanding and ability to apply principles, concepts, practices, and standards including knowledge and use of Animal Health data and basic working knowledge of industry practices. \rMinimum of three (3) years of Animal Health industry experience.\rDemonstrated ability to clearly and concisely communicate ideas, facts, and technical information to senior management, as well as other internal customers both verbally and written.\rDemonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work with other disciplines.\rEffective analytical and problem solving skills.\rDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and coordinate efforts with colleagues from several functional areas.\rAbility to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in the fast paced environment.\rDemonstrated ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization.\rDemonstrates acceptable level of performance for analyst competencies.\r\rEligibility Requirements\\:\r\rMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.\rMust be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)\rMust be 18 years of age or older\r\rOur Culture\\:\rBoehringer Ingelheim is a different kind of pharmaceutical company, a privately held company with the ability to have an innovative and long term view.
