Title: Marketing Communications – Aprimo Product Manager

About Marketing Communications
Within the Marketing
Communications team there are several functions: communications review, agency
management, creative production and management of the MRM marketing
communications control tool.
Overall purpose of role
The MRM tool is an important
marketing control governed by Marketing Communications. The AVP Marketing
Communications & Capabilities is responsible for maintaining and evolving
this important workflow tool in compliance with marketing approval
standards. This individual will be part
of a small team whose primary functions include:
Lead and manage
enterprise-wide marketing technologies/tools build that impact Marketing
and other areas of the business with a focus on a tool that is used to
manage creative review and other marketing processes.
Partner with the Operations
and Technology groups, and outside vendors to assess the strategy and functionalities
of the current processes and tools, drive short-term and long-term
planning for improvement.
Manage any OiC (Operating in
Control) implications of the relevant processes and tools.
Additional support as needed
for the communications team in terms of copy review, disclosure management
or special projects that may arise from time to time.
Owner of a major marketing
tool/process for creative review and workflow, which facilitates and
documents all marketing creative submissions and approvals.
Strategize and design
solutions that help strengthen controls, simplify processes, and expand
footprint of MRM. Strategize implementation plans. Shape them into
definable and executable projects.
Lead the day-to-day planning
and improvement implementation. Work with the project team and key
stakeholders, resolve issues, propose solutions, and drive the delivery of

vendor relationship, including licenses, contracts, communication at all
levels, vendor audit, and the on-going work.
Define, prioritize, manage,
and report on initiatives that strengthen controls, support efficiency,
and enable business resiliency.
Maintain and produce
policies, procedures, and training materials.
Identify knowledge gaps and
deliver training to close them. Ensure alignment with business processes
and compliance with all regulations.
Analyze stakeholder issues
and provide day-to-day troubleshooting within the workflow tool.
Four-year college degree in
business, management, technology, marketing or other related areas
7 years of experience in
Experience leading big cross
Deep understanding of the
marketing operations processes
Good understanding of the
marketing processes and techniques
Good understanding of the project
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work across all
