Job Description
Drive the development and execution of Market and Product strategies and tactical plans. \r\r\rEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\r\r Manage the LifeVest marketing effort and product management team in conjunction with the Vice President of Marketing. \r Actively support the worldwide selling efforts, including close collaboration with the field sales force. \r Provide product, competitive, and clinical data analyses to global sales force. \r Create comprehensive marketing collateral based on clinical indication driven market segments, including design and execution of messaging, promotional materials, sales tools, and proof sources. \r Responsible for collaborating with new product planning to ensure process is focused on customer needs and time-to-market. \r Design and implement promotional programs to maximize impact of sales efforts. \r Manage the analysis of customer satisfaction data and apply such data to improve marketing and product strategies. \r Foster relationships with key clinical individuals/organizations within the industry. \r Performs other duties as assigned by Management.\r\r\rSupervisory Responsibilities:  This position will have management responsibility over department Product Managers.  Coach/player to product management.

Qualifications:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.\r\r\rEducations and/or Experience:\r\r Master’s Degree in Business administration or a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing required.\r Prior product management experience required \r Experience with sales in the cardiac arena of healthcare. \r Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills; strong verbal and written communication skills, and well-honed interpersonal and leadership skills are required. \r Ability to interpret and convey clinical data required. Independent thinking and a high level of initiative and the ability to interact well with physician, customers, and key opinion leaders are essential. \r Must be an effective team leader in a fast paced, high visibility environment.\r\r\rLanguage Skills:  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.\rMathematical Skills:  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. \rReasoning Ability:  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems and make appropriate judgment calls to insure the correct outcome.\rComputer Skills:  To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.\rPhysical Demands:\r\r The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
