WebMD Health Services is looking for a Product Owner focused on

insights, analytics, and applications (both web and mobile). You are

passionate about building meaningful products and capabilities that

help millions of people every day to lower their health risks, better

manage a chronic condition and make better informed decisions about

their health. You are capable of bringing together business, clinical,

legal, analytics, quality, design, technology, marketing, sales and

vendor stakeholders and effectively communicating your vision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Help define the health insights & analytics management

capabilities and roadmap required to support the WebMD product


* Own your product(s) and be able to lead the online and offline

development process with little supervision

* Help management team understand how new technologies, algorithms,

and services could build a better user experience.

* Youll be expected to continuously bring new ideas to the table

* Work closely with management team to gather market information,

understand market needs and define product strategies

* Work closely with clinical team to gather clinical requirements

* Work closely with quality team to ensure product designs meet

specifications for accreditation or certification as needed

* Work closely with analytics and reporting teams to ensure all

products clearly communicate value to clients

* Work closely with design team to understand user needs and


* Write high quality business requirements

* Work closely with engineering team to execute on projects

* Work with management and client teams to receive client feedback

on solution concepts and product builds in progress

* Contribute to and/or create strategic sales collateral, including

proposals, PowerPoint decks, product descriptions, brochures,

booklets, whitepapers, case studies, position papers, videos and

blog entries

* Contribute to and/or create documentation that is used for

accreditation and/or certification process

* Train other departments of the organization to effectively sell,

implement and support your product set

*As a member of WebMD Health Services, you may have access to

confidential information that will require you to follow additional

protocols to ensure the security of our data. As a core requirement,

you must implement and act in accordance with the organization s

information security policies; protect assets from unauthorized

access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference; execute

security processes or activities; and report security events or

potential events or other security risks to the appropriate parties

within the organization.


* Bachelor s Degree or equivalent related work experience

* 3 years of product/service management experience or equivalent

* Insatiable curiosity combined with creativity and attention to

detail including the ability to record and share details for

cross-organizational communication

* Ability to define how to measure and communicate success

* Experience working with Agile development process (responsible for

writing user stories & acceptance criteria)

* Possess the skills necessary to express direction visually through

wireframes (Visio)

* Strong sense of self-direction. Ability to lead and own projects

and deliverables

* Strong analytical skills combined with excellent verbal and

written communication skills

* Project Management competency

* Pragmatic Marketing familiarity

* User experience advocate. Understand UI and usability best



* Master s Degree in relevant field, including business, marketing,

health or healthcare, or technology/computer science

* Experience with health management, health coaching, condition

management or disease management products and services

* Knowledge of Health Management competitive landscape, including

companies, services, influencers and trends

* Experience with Product Metrics and a strong business analysis
