We are seeking a Marketing Leader (Product Management Leader) for a large distribution business. Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets for an electronics Wholesale Distribution Business. You will lead a team of talented product marketing and marketing communications individuals to support company objectives. Your specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning; strategic direction for promotion and marketing communication; coordination with sales; and, hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of marketing staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop world-class marketing strategies that strengthen the organization's competitive advantage by increasing current customer's spend and acquire new customers
Provide marketing skills and expertise to the company by enhancing the capabilities of our marketing team by being a coach and mentor, enabling their success
Develop robust business strategies to create a strong linkage between financials, customer need while targeting incremental growth opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field
10 years in marketing at a large ($1B ) Retail or Distribution company
Experience leading a large team
Experience in category management, contracts and vendor relations
Excellent analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office
