Description

the Healthcare Quality Reporting & Improvement (HQRI) organization delivers integrated risk adjustment (RA) and quality (Stars) solutions that leverage data and technology to empower members, providers, and Humana. Additionally, HQRI leads cross-enterprise EMR interoperability efforts. The Product Advancement and Consulting Services (PACS) team within the HQRI Technology and Analytics (HTA) department is looking for an Implementation professional to help champion agile delivery of solutions to our Humana business partners and their goals.

Responsibilities

The PACS Team supports the larger HTA organization in a shared service model. Whether working with external (to HTA) customers on requirements elicitation and agile product road mapping activities, answering internal developer questions surrounding certain pieces of technology, or overseeing small product deliverables, the PACS team works tirelessly to be the connectors and change agents necessary to keep people, process, and technology moving forward together.

As the Technology Solution Implementation Professional 2, you will complete and coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee and uphold current departmental SLAs regarding the intake of project/product work

Establish rapport with internal/external partners regarding the intake and prioritization of business objects

Operate with a team-first mindset that is committed to ensuring the overall success of the team/organization (immediate team, leadership team, etc.)

Discover new ways of working with the enterprise Power Platform suite of reports

Required Qualifications

2 or more years of technical experience in business intelligence, data science, software engineering, or similar

Experience with coordination and implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.

Prior experience problem solving and consulting within complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with and knowledge around the CMS Stars and/or Risk Adjustment programs

Experience operating as part of a collaborative leadership team

Project and/or Product management experience

Knowledge and understanding of the Agile SDLC process

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Work-At-Home Requirements:

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
