We are looking for an outstanding product leader who can work collaboratively across the organization, including with our Chief Product Officer, senior leaders in our Engineering, Operations, Sales and Business Development teams, and with our customers. You will help define our platform strategy, lead teams, and own the end-to-end product management function for these areas. We expect massive growth over the next few years, which means you can expect plenty of opportunities to learn and advance your career. Essential Job Functions: Define the product vision and roadmap, and lead the product teams responsible for acquiring new customers, integrating with insurance carriers, defining new insurance products, ecommerce experience and customer self-service capabilitiesDirectly manage a team of Product Managers as well as mentor/coach other team membersConduct strategic analyses, customer/competitor research, and market sizingOwn customer discovery and continuous evaluation of product-market fitCollect, analyze and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative user dataDevelop, test and launch new products and featuresAnalyze and manage product performance to meet company goals and targetsWork closely with designers, engineers, operations, sales, marketing, and business teams to ship high quality, user-centric products and features Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree8 years of experience in product managementExperience with insurtech platforms and components is a plusHave lead a high performing product team (3 people) and experience mentoring/coaching others on core product management skillsAbility to think strategically and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyDemonstrated success in defining, building and launching full-scale digital products that had a positive business impactDriven product decisions that materially and quantifiably drove the business forward through deep understanding & analysis of business metricsStrong analytical skills and deep experience with tools such as Looker and Mixpanel to measure business performance and product adoptionWillingness to roll up your sleeves and get things doneStrong consensus and relationship-building skillsProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentOutstanding communication skills across all medium (presentations, stories, verbal) This is a hybrid role How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
