Job DescriptionWant to build a scalable cross-border marketing engine? Interested in helping consumers and sellers outside the US buy and sell on by locking in their FX rate? We are looking for talent with a blend of Marketing and Product Management experience to grow the Amazon Currency Converter (ACC) business. In this role, you will be responsible for B2C and B2B marketing capabilities. ACC is part of Amazon Payments Products, a fast-growing business with new product launches and market-leading features which improve customers' shopping experience on Amazon. This role is on the Payments Products marketing team which drives customer awareness of our financial products and optimizes conversion through machine-learning enabled content. As the ACC Senior Marketing Manager, you would identify customer segments, learn their unique needs and develop marketing channels to reach them and drive product adoption and usage. You will conceptualize, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns with an eye for building scalable solutions. Learning from this experience, you will define business requirements for the marketing capabilities we need to build. The ideal candidate is data driven, detail-oriented, organized and professional. You can handle multiple projects at once and can work through ambiguity. In this role, you would work closely with Product Managers, the General Manager, and stakeholders in various teams. Key Responsibilities Include:

Conduct a market segmentation of both our Amazon Seller customer base and international consumers on Amazon
Design and execute proof of concept tests to learn what works for acquisition and retention
Based on your learning, define requirements for automated marketing with a feedback loop to learn what works
Conduct research to understand why customers stop using ACC and develop strategies to increase retention
Drive web site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, product managers, designers, and other marketers
The successful candidate has demonstrated:

Project management of large projects
Proven analytical and quantitative skills (includes the ability to effectively use tools such as Excel) and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.
High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Superior verbal and written communications skills.
Planned, developed, and executed compelling offers, e-mails and marketing/merchandising campaigns to support program.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
5 years of digital marketing experience, B2C or B2B
2-4 years of experience with a varied set of software and editing tools including basic to intermediate Excel and marketing automation software
Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices
Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure marketing performance, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams
Willingness and ability to learn Amazon's internal tools for targeting, placing content and enabling Sellers

Preferred Qualifications

MBA preferred
Experience and understanding of B2C and B2B marketing strategies for acquisition and engagement
Familiarity with digital, retail or payment product marketing
Proven experience analyzing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
Experience with SQL
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
