The PCO provides primary care medical group practice with centers open or opening in Florida, Arizona, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. The Role

The Lead Solutions Manager Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing solutions to meet specific patient needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once solutions are launched, monitors efficacy of and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure solutions are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting solutions over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Advises executives to develop cross functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Vaccine Policy

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Previous experience in healthcare industry, preferably in the managed care or provider sector

A minimum of three years product management experience

A minimum of three years project leadership experience

Experience in building out and managing frameworks

Excellent in building and cultivating relationships with key business partners and stakeholders across organizational levels

Solid research, analytical, critical thinking and creative problem solving skills

Ability to interpret the needs of the organization and communicate actionable insights through analytics

Highly collaborative, flexible, team oriented working style

Structured and logical thinking; ability to identify and assess business problems and then develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Public Health

Data curious approach to work with the proven ability to synthesize and summarize complex and/or voluminous content into clear, concise and actionable communications

Additional Information

100% remote role; East coast location preferred

Working hours 8-5 (EST) / M-F

Occasional travel in role; 1x per month to various Centerwell markets
