We are looking for someone with Automotive industry experience and a Digital Media background who wants to join our talented team and innovate the car industry with us.

The Sr. Manager Product Manager position is responsible for managing the creation, execution and optimization of our Digital Retailing products across,, and our OEM and Dealer Group partners. The candidate will have deep knowledge of Automotive and eCommerce trends, prior experience contributing to and managing a product roadmap, and working in an agile environment with cross-functional team to develop products that meet the needs of our consumers & clients.

RESPONSIBLITIES:• Support the Digital Retailing product roadmap by working with stakeholders to identify and deliver new product features which drive revenue and customer adoption at scale.• Product Strategy, Client Interactions, and Execution are key components to this Sr. Manager position.• Engage with consumers, clients & Cox Automotive sales teams to understand the needs of our audience• Define, communicate and prioritize business needs with Technology team members to create a shared vision for the product roadmap and our desired product functionality.• Manage execution for sprint releases from product definition and planning through production, and deployment, with a focus on the minimum viable product.• Develop go-to market strategies and value propositions to support product launches and evaluate those plans to monitor the product performance• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved.

The role is responsible for overall product success as measured by consumer & customer satisfaction / loyalty, revenue growth (short and long-term), adoption and product performance. The product manager will typically partner with other product managers, user experience designers, and engineers to develop & enhance our user experience goals. Travel as needed to spend time with consumers, clients & Cox Automotive business units to develop a keen understanding of consumer & consumer needs and cross business unit opportunities.','','','!*!REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Product management experience in consumer facing or enterprise software (8 years)• Automotive B2B or B2C with retail automotive sales/marketing experience preferred (4 years)• Experience and understanding of the automotive ecosystem including OEMs, dealers, shopping portals.• Experience with automotive car buying, including Leasing and F&I transactions• Ability analyzing data, insights, and scorecards to optimize product development, prioritization and requirements.• Developing and launching new products or features and preparing sales & marketing materials prior to release.• Developing opportunity assessments and/or business cases• Communicate effectively with cross matrix teams to accomplish project goals.• Proven ability to develop new concepts and deliver detailed plans in a team-based environment.• Experience working with Agile methodology strongly preferred.
