The Product Growth Manager, plays a critical role in driving the future success of Kenshoo, as a multi-billion-dollar business. Physically positioned in our key markets, this in-market PM focuses on understanding clients needs, market trends and potential competitive advantage in order to be able to set the right strategy and priorities and to drive the growth of our products.
The Product Growth Manager will work closely with our Inbound Product Management team in Tel Aviv to deliver award winning products, connecting the dots between market needs and execution. They will solicit product feedback from Sales, Client Success and clients to ensure we are building the right product that will answer our clients needs and drive business growth.
Once the product is built it is this in- market Product Growth Manager’s responsibility to drive product success and adoption. They will also collaborate with enablement and Product Marketing teams to make sure our internal teams can speak to the value of new features and are knowledgeable for client training..
Roles & Responsibilities:
Be a customer advocate, championing customer needs and evangelizing insights to the organization. Drive continuous customer and user engagement, including research and validations, via on-site meetings, user groups, user communities, etc.
Partner with Sales on strategic client deals, connecting Kenshoo’s value proposition to customer needs, identify and tackle product roadblocks and help drive knowhow.
Drive the product strategy, market requirements and vision for the key search initiatives,
Partner with inbound product teams in Tel Aviv, Israel, aligning on priorities and product planning.
Engage with Business Development, Client Success, Sales, and Product to drive product alignment.
Work closely with publishers (Google, Bing, Yahoo) to understand roadmap and specific upcoming changes that should impact our product decisions.
Coordinate and triage technical product issues with publishers and product / development teams, providing regular communications to the field.
At least 2 years Product Management Experience
Knowledge and experience in digital marketing - hands on experience in media buying (SEM) is an advantage.
Business acumen, proven experience in analyzing market and customer data to help drive strategy and product decision
Communication skills, outgoing personality
Presentation skills - both presentation creation and delivery to stakeholders and clients
