We offer opportunities across our diverse business lines – Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, National Finance, and Wealth Management.Job Description SummaryResponsible for the management of Wealth Deposit Products including P&L, pricing, and portfolio balance (AUM) targets and the management of all sweep products including Money Market Mutual Funds. Requires the ability take ownership of deposit products and to synthesize market research and financial analysis into a clear product plan that is communicated to Senior Management. Will manage implementing strategies with the heads of Sales Strategy, Marketing, Treasury, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Retail Banking. Must be able to manage a communication plan that reports on progress towards achieving the revenue and AUM objectives monthly and developing programs/plans to mitigate shortfalls. Must have the ability to tailor communication to different groups within the organization, including senior leaders of the bank such as the CEO, Head of Wealth Management and the Treasurer, as well as the sales and operations teams. Essential Job Functions
Develop and recommend pricing strategies that will result in meeting revenue and AUM objectives
Evaluate current economic conditions and advises management of possible impact on assigned deposit products.
Gather market intelligence so that market opportunities may be capitalized on as they occur and the effects of competitive activity are minimized.
Develop, implement and coordinate sales and marketing strategies, objectives and programs.
Develop and recommend marketing objectives, including sales volume, profit forecasts, and working with the WMG Marketing Manager to develop a Marketing plan
Initiate the development of marketing and advertising programs for the deposit products.
Manage complaints and suggestions relative to deposit products and maintain contacts with peers responsible for marketing and sales of assigned of deposits to monitor trends,
Meet with Relationship Managers to better understand customer behavior, and understanding Relationship Manager’s needs, etc.Other Job Duties
Ensure all new and existing products and communications related to those products are in compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements. This includes developing new disclosures and maintain existing disclosures as needed
Assess and Develop new products when needed, including the management of products tests and using the test results to recommends necessary alteration of the product.
Evaluate ideas for new products, investigate market opportunities and effect on market of present products, and recommend exploitation of economically attractive products.
Manage products to determine and monitor product life-cycle and recommending pricing and marketing strategies accordingly.
Recommend new or revised products by researching, or directing research, of Wealth markets to determine customer/prospect needs, acceptance, and probability of purchase.
Conduct training classes on new or updated products and procedures, as necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.','!*!Required Experience
