dataxu is looking for a marketing professional with experience in developing go-to-market strategy, product messaging and full funnel marketing programs to support initiatives related to advanced TV, a key growth area for the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with several cross-functional teams including Product, Sales and Corporate Marketing, to help drive and inform positioning in the marketplace ultimately resulting in category leadership. This person must be comfortable developing product marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, and acting as the core driver responsible for dataxu’s Advanced TV positioning in market. This person will ideally have a deep understanding of topics that interest marketing professionals including digital and traditional media buyers and can sit in any of dataxus five US offices.
On the Job
Act as product marketing lead for dataxu’s advanced TV solutions reporting to the Director of Product Marketing
Develop messaging hierarchy and roadmap for dataxu’s advanced TV offerings including customer segmentation and competitive analysis
Coordinate with all functions staffed on Advanced TV including Media Team, Sales, Corporate Marketing, Marketplace (Business Development) and Product Management to manage all go-to-market activities related to advanced TV solutions
Work with Inside Sales Team team to concept, create and deploy strategic demand-gen email programs related to advanced TV
Produce content for advanced TV offerings including upper funnel assets (whitepapers, website) and sales enablement collateral (pitch decks, one pagers, videos)
Ensure advanced TV marketing programs and activities remain strategically aligned to company goals
At least 6 years of experience with marketing technology companies and/or broadcast publishing organizations
A keen understanding of the TV media buying landscape is required.
An understanding of the advertising ecosystem and major players
Experience working within a Marketing Solutions or Product Marketing team
Experience working directly with Sales and Product teams
Experience in developing marketing messaging for advertising technologies
Highly organized, strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and push forward initiatives
Excellent project management skills
