This role will work with cloud service line leadership, project teams, account teams and product development in leading ongoing releases of the existing product suite and bringing enhancements and new releases to market. Work you ll doProduct Management: Develop a multi-year product roadmap in alignment with the strategic goals of Technology practice, Cloud Engineering Service Line and the Cloud Market offerings. You may lead or work with Product Development to define product release requirements. This role will partner with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, explain the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers, and target use cases. This role will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for Cloud Migration product offerings, working with the pursuit teams, project team and key customers.Business Development:This role will develop new ideas for product enhancements based on industry experiences and contacts with project teams and clients. This role needs to will need a unique blend of business and technical savvy, big picture vision and understand unsolved problems in the target market, and find innovative solutions. This role is also responsible for driving improvements in client satisfaction with Cloud Migration products, ensuring competitive strength of the products, and work with account, project and pursuit teams to grow customer base. Will also work with the CE leadership to define other product opportunities.Delivery: Manage Cloud Migration product development team, deliver on product development, and release cycles with a globally distributed team. QualificationsRequired:Proactively manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and financial models for communications and deployment products.Work with key technology partners such as AWS, GCP, Azure to develop product strategies.Generate product positioning, key differentiators and other customer-facing messaging.Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, competitive review, and active engagement with customers and non-customers.Drive a solution set across development teams (primarily Development, Deployment, Marketing Communications, and Service Delivery) through market requirements, product contracts, and positioning.Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all relevant teams to ensure organizational readiness.Develop sales tools & collateral. Train and brief pursuit and account teams.Support the pursuit and client services team in completion of proposals, ensuring the product is represented in both a pre-sales and post sales capacity.Identify and qualify new products, services or partnerships.Lead customer-based user-groups and forums using in-person, teleconference, and on-line communication mechanisms.Demonstrated experience in leading new product introduction or the delivery of IT software systems in IT application discovery10 years of application software marketing with 5 in product management roleDemonstrated success in working with customers and agile development of software systems is required with multiple releases in a year.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, with the ability to drive client discussionsStrong presentation and communication skillsExcellent teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams without formal authorityDemonstrated experience in Agile development methodologies.Very strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel up to 25%Location: Atlanta PreferredDeep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), cloud migration, cloud migration discovery, profiling, migration, and operations technologies with strong expertise in developing cloud migration roadmaps preferredBachelor's degree in Product Marketing, Computer Science, or related degrees.
