The Medicare team currently has high visibility and focus within Livongo, and this is your chance to play a major role in the team’s growth and success. As the Senior Manager of Client Implementation, you’ll be building a Medicare enrollment program, working with your VP to roll the existing Livongo process into the Medicare system. You’ll lead Medicare product expansion and organizational initiatives, as well as tracking Livongo performance within Medicare. You’ll function as a trusted advisor to our Medicare contacts, driving onboarding and extending the Livongo reach. Your contributions will directly impact our company’s ability to meet its high-growth objectives and thus improve the lives of more people living with chronic conditions.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a self-starter mentality, as well as Medicare Advantage implementation or product management experience. Ideally we’re seeking a person who’s led Medicare disease management programming, has worked on a Medicare Advantage bid, and is familiar with Medicare regulations, disease management programs and/or Medicare marketing communications requirements. One of your primary objectives will be to position Livongo as an embedded benefit in the Medicare Advantage program by 2020.

Build and manage Livongo’s Medicare enrollment program
Lead organizational initiatives for Livongo product expansion within Medicare, coordinating and executing all phases of project lifecycles
Design and own both the overarching strategy and the tactical details of Medicare program initiatives
Work collaboratively to define and optimize processes for effectiveness, efficiency and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments and external vendors to achieve program deliverables
Drive enrollment revenue within Medicare
Develop, build and reinforce the Livongo brand
Lead a team of Client Implementation Project Managers
Establish processes for tracking member results and satisfaction, as a result of Livongo implementation in the Medicare offerings
Advise and partner with the Medicare team, answering questions and tracking/resolving issues
Oversee the budget for all Medicare implementation projects
Lobby effectively for internal resource allocation, if needed
Participate in member focus groups
Monitor and analyze competitive forces in the space
Travel up to 30% for business
7 years’ client program implementation experience, with demonstrated success
3 years’ health plan experience
Experience collaborating with all levels within a client organization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated comfort and finesse communicating with upper management in a highly-professional environment
Demonstrated ability to create client confidence
The empathy and business skills necessary to grasp and achieve clients’ priorities, pain points and goals
A results-oriented approach, with a track record of achieving project milestones and driving revenue
