As a Partner Product Marketing Manager, you will help grow the business of our strategic, alliance and tech partners as part of the Google Cloud growing partner ecosystem. You’ll work collaboratively with the Sales, Field and Event teams to enable impactful co-marketing relationships with our different tiers of partners. You will craft and shape the go-to-market positioning, messaging and strategy for joint solutions. You will test and optimize new marketing programs, build effective and scalable ecosystems and create materials to help partners learn about the capabilities for the target audiences.

You’ll also help our Sales and Partners Sales team to better understand the benefit of these partners and drive co-marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of Google Cloud platform and Google G Suite productivity and collaboration tools.

Develop joint messaging and campaigns with partners and build scalable global solutions, such as marketing toolkits, reusable narratives and partner pitch materials and internal and external case studies.

Drive the Google Cloud partner narrative, ensuring it speaks to the inventiveness at the heart of our innovative technology and the needs of our customers while building partnerships and co-marketing programs with our core strategic partners.

Drive alignment across sales, product, field, growth and product marketing to realize the shared goals of the marketing plan. Ensure the plan is executed while creating solution playbooks which can be co-branded with partners.

Expand training support to enable partners on both solutions and products.

Guide creation of materials for market education, sales acceleration and thought leadership. Work closely with writers, marketing programs managers, brand strategists and technical marketing to ensure that materials are relevant and advance our conversation with the market.


Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in technology product marketing.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with operating in a global role or on a global scale.

Experience with operating in a hyper-growth or entrepreneurial environment, scaling new and emerging products from the ground-up.

Experience working in an enterprise technology setting, bringing the expertise in SaaS around unified communications, content, collaboration, meetings, as well as the understanding of the cloud market and competitive dynamics/customer adoption behavior.

Ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with teams such as Sales, Engineering, Product Management, User Experience and User Interface.

Track record of bringing innovative, industry-leading, category-defining tech products to market.
