Manager, Product Management
The Customer Identity product management team is responsible for creating a seamless and secure user experience in accessing and managing Spectrum services on all of our customer-facing applications and websites. This feature set includes username/password authentication, self-service username creation and recovery flows, authentication security, user management, and automatic authentication for the purposes of customer portal account management and video streaming services. We are looking for a self-starter who excels in a collaborative team environment to join us in the design and development of new features and enhancements for Customer Identity products.
The Manager will be responsible for creating a seamless customer experience across Customer Identity features and services. This role will assume leadership in ad hoc cross-functional team building and input gathering and will be at the center of a fast paced, highly visible effort. The role will operate in a highly matrixed environment with numerous key stakeholders.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Deeply understand industry best practices in product development process specific to website and application development, software engineering, information technology, and user experience design.
Focus on emerging technologies/concepts and apply them towards practical use cases at Charter
Roadmap planning and management with constant priority evaluation
Develop key relationships with business and technology partners responsible for website and application development, customer service, and user experience design.
Proactively identify analysis to support the effort and conduct with deep analytics when appropriate while maintaining an eye toward the bigger picture.
Support the development and communication of Product Strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results. Work with engineering, product management peers, marketing stakeholders and key market areas on implementing strategy.
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Product Management and/or Product Development Experience Required, preferably in Website/Application, Software or Web Services

Undergraduate degree required
MBA preferred, but not required
