If so, come join the Digital Transformation underway at Blue Shield of California. \rThe Role: \rThis role will support the Digital Customer Experience organization with the management of online and mobile experiences that drive digital adoption for key customer groups including members, brokers, and employers to help consumers understand and use their Healthcare. You will partner with cross functional teams in a fast paced, agile environment to drive customer adoption of our digital tools. You will be responsible for product strategy and delivery, including tasks such as competitive analysis, requirements documentation, analytics implementation & reporting, design reviews, implementation, and delivery. You will advise other Product Teams on appropriate communication and readiness tactics to drive digital adoption. You will also work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Support and other Product Management team members to develop the necessary strategies, campaigns and tools to optimize adoption of our digital assets.\r \rWe Have: \r\r\rAn awesome Digital Team changing the health care industry \r\rOpen and collaborative culture \r\rDowntown San Francisco office \r\rEvolving Tech Stack to meet the needs of more than 4 million members\r\rCareer Growth Opportunities\r\rAn opportunity to help change people’s lives \rResponsibilities include: \r\rPartner with consumer business stakeholders across sales and marketing teams in the design, development, and management of the website and mobile app as it pertains to registration, welcome and account management.\rPossess and obtain expertise related to driving adoption with digital customer experience journeys\rWork on cross functional delivery teams that design, develop, deliver, and maintain digital onboarding products \rCollaborating with business, technical and creative partners to ensure timely delivery of product launch readiness, communications and training\rApplying analytical thinker who can dig into research and subsequently initiate dialogue with stakeholders about execution of digital readiness and adoption\rDriving agile development processes to deliver new features and functionality to ensure best in class digital customer experience \rSupporting initiatives and customer experience from ideation to rollout of new channels and products\rApplying presentation skills to demonstrate and present product messaging and specifications that deliver customer benefits\rSeeking feedback and obtains consensus from project initiation through final approval\rInfluencing and delivering in an environment with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and timeline\rEmbracing change and a constant appetite to learn \r\rExperience with Agile Methodology (JIRA)\r\rMinimum 5 years of experience collaborating, exemplifying interpersonal qualities while utilizing excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to present findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders\r\rMinimum of 5 years of experience working in a deadline-driven environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities\r\rWorking knowledge of best practices and trends in the SEO industry\r\rProven experience with development and implementation of strategic content plans \r\rBachelor’s Degree
