Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Product Manager on the Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) team, you will be responsible for the growth initiatives for one of Amazon\u2019s fastest growing and highest impact initiatives. The team is responsible for the end-to-end success of the program and is looking for talented individuals who want to learn how to scale a new, innovative business that will make 100MM new products Prime eligible. The ideal candidate can think big, will help drive exponential growth, will have outstanding business acumen and judgment, intense curiosity, excellent analytical abilities, strong technical skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. S/he will have a strong bias toward data driven decision making, will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects, able to be creative while paying careful attention to detail, and will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The scope for this role includes the following:
Manage the Self-Service Registration product WW and grow the self-service channel to become the primary channel to recruit Sellers and selection
Lead the promotions strategy and plan WW to accelerate addition of new-to-Prime selection
Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover new areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that will help shape the future of Seller Fulfilled Prime.
Launch new products by partnering with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and finance to drive ideas from conception to implementation.
Collaborate with other product managers to develop recommendations for new high-impact features or services.
Collaborate with finance, analytics, and product management as a leader of quantitative analysis on supply-side recruitment.
Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
Drive periodic reviews with Amazon Executive Leadership team.
More than 4 years of work experience prior to your MBA including academic and/or internship experienc
Bachelor\u2019s or advanced degree.
Experience managing multiple projects from conception through implementation.
Experience solving complex business challenges across multiple countries
Excellent verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with and influence both business and technical teams.
Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
