Job Summary:

The Manager, Product Marketing, will be responsible for facilitating the strategy, launch and penetration of products and services within our XFINITY lines of business, with specific ownership of XFINITY Mobile. This includes working with HQ and Division partners to develop product/service needs, strategies, priorities and trial/launch plans; working with HQ and Division partners to develop a price/packaging strategy to deliver both customer and revenue growth; working with our Sales and Marketing Operations and Division PMO on launch planning and execution; and working with Acquisition/Retention Marketing and Channel Management on our Go To Market Plans to drive market share. This leader will work cross-functionally across a variety of disciplines: product roadmap strategy, execution of product initiatives, deployment of new products and features, oversight against current business plan across subscribers, market share, revenue and capital driven by product-led marketing programs.

This role will be responsible for 3 primary areas within the Product Marketing Team:

- XFINITY Mobile day-to-day product marketing/management

- Product Fluency and awareness of all 5 lines of business, working back Marketing, Channel and Regional partners (in partnership with the broader product team)

- Sales Channel engagement liaison for Product Team cadence, calendar, market visits, consolidated content

Primary Responsibilities:

- Ability to lead and motive large complex teams

- Ability to build a coalition of partners within the matrix environment

- Ability to validate market trends to business and customer needs through customer insight and competitive intelligence.

- Ability to know the data and build the justification to state the business case.

- Ability to use a strong product marketing and product management focus to drive customer and revenue per customer growth

- Ability to perform daily blocking and tackling to drive and deliver the best customer experience and employee experience while delivering customer and revenue growth

- Demonstrates excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time in line with budget expectations and to strategy.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Core Responsibilities:

- Helps direct, establish, maintain and execute against the overall policies and goals for the product management department and specifically the Xfinity Mobile product.

- Oversee product, feature and device roadmap w/ HQ partners and communication to West Division.

- Applies expertise in state-of-the-art product technologies and is relied on by top management to serve as a proxy for the market.

- Defines, develops and implements standard operational frameworks for products.

- Coordinates with sales and marketing to assess client and industry needs and identifies possible solutions to meet those needs.

- Rolls out quarterly product strategy playbook to sales, operations, and customer care teams

- Develops business cases and supporting documentation.

- Oversees development of assigned new products and services and ensures customer's needs are met. Provides product support and documentation and develops of product materials.

- Manages lifecycle of new products and services.

- Demonstrates excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time in line with budget expectations and to strategy.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Regular consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification:

Education Level-Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Years of Experience-Generally requires 10 years related experience
