We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager who is passionate about making great games in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with production and design teams to drive product vision, business strategy and feature requirements. As a creative force on the team you will champion getting your ideas and designs into the game.

The ideal candidate has live service experience and is familiar with using telemetry for structuring and executing focused analysis to improve game performance and increase player engagement. As a Product Owner you will translate these insights into new content, features, and optimizations by leading a team of developers to implement your designs.

Responsibilities:

+ Design and drive implementation of entire features and systems from start to finish

+ Deliver design specifications that drive player engagement, retention and monetization

+ Work with developers to ensure your features are delivered at the highest quality

+ Develop ideas for progression and economic systems throughout the player lifecycle

+ Create and tune content to create an accessible yet deep experience for players

+ Work closely with UX/UI to design wireframes and paper prototypes

+ Quickly prototype design ideas in-game and rapidly iterate via playtesting

+ Develop data-gathering methods for game balancing and tuning

+ Develop hypotheses and analyze data to support/disprove hypotheses

Requirements:

+ 5+ years of game design experience

+ Experience in operating in a live service environment (software as a service)

+ Designed and developed major game systems for at least one shipped mobile title

+ Outstanding self-motivation and initiative in a highly dynamic environment

+ Able to work creatively in a demanding technical environment

+ Able to work well with cross-functional teams

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ A passion for playing and making awesome games!

Pluses:

+ Analytical skills for evaluating systems and interpreting player behavior data

+ Experience in user interface and interaction design with representative wireframes

+ Experience designing content and systems for F2P games in a live-service environment
