The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders to interpret, define, and prioritize product backlog while utilizing Agile principles to deliver innovate analytics products to market. Job Summary:Product Delivery Managers work with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and a cross-functional team, which consists of a Scrum Master, Business Analyst(s), Developers and Quality Assurance disciplines to build and enhance our OEM and Business Intelligence analytics products across the Dealer.com, Kelley Blue Book, and Autotrader brands using Agile software methodologies. The Product Delivery Manager will manage the development effort to deliver enhancements using the strategic vision as well as key performance indicators established for the product. Additionally, the Product Delivery Manager is a Subject Matter Expert for their products, capabilities and services and provides guidance as necessary to others about their application/tools. For certain development efforts, it may be necessary to coordinate with other Product Delivery Managers to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple portfolios. This role requires a high-level technical understanding of data collection, warehousing, client-facing reporting, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Product Delivery Managers must work closely with others across the business both inside and outside of the Technology organization and must be able to clearly communicate with individuals and groups having varying levels of expertise in Technology and Products. Subject matter expertise in the areas of Enterprise Data Warehousing and client-facing Analytics Product is a plus. The successful candidate must have a demonstrable track record of achieving success in a dynamic, fast-paced software development environment. They must be able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities, make appropriate product decisions quickly and be co-located with their scrum team to ensure accessibility by the team. Your Role:Collaborate with Product Leadership Team, Scrum Master and other stakeholders to understand the business need & product goals to create & maintain the product roadmapBe the voice of the consumer & client within your scrum teams, motivate product development teams by providing clear goals and user cases driving the incremental value that can be delivered to our consumers & clientsTranslate and organize business requirements and product features into executable functional requirements in the form of features, stories, and tasksWork with the team during sprint planning to establish and manage the product backlog, always considering the team’s established velocityRemain available to the development team to answer questions and deliver direction regarding acceptance criteria, customer needs, and work prioritiesAssist the engineering teams during regular scrum ceremonies: sprint sizing, sprint planning, sprint review, backlog refinement and product demos by being the voice of the consumer & clients while communicating the value behind each product and prioritization decisionOversee the completion of user acceptance testing on features and bug fixes before they are released, ensuring the high quality of products that are being delivered to customersAnalyze product and feature performance through the use of quantitative and qualitative methodsCommunicate to leadership, product readiness, and other stakeholders roll-out plans, feature details and bug status updates
